These restricted visitation times are to ensure that we have sufficient staff to escort families to their relatives as well as keeping staff available in the event our COVID management plan needs to be enacted.  To ensure visitors can be escorted you will be required to book for visits. If you do not have a booking unfortunately you will not be able to visit. Please contact reception to make a booking. To ensure that all residents are able to receive visitors we are requesting:

  • Complete the electronic questionnaire before entering

  • Social distancing of 1.5 metres must be practised

In order to ensure that we continue to do whatever is possible to reduce the spread of COVID -19 We need to ensure that the above measures are followed to protect our residents

If these rules are breached, unfortunately we will need to remove your visitation access as our priority is the safety and well-being of all of our residents

Please understand that these guidelines may change at any time if the community situation changes

We understand that these changes may create some issues / concerns for some families, all individual circumstances will be considered. If you do have any questions, please contact either me or our clinical manager Cal Cowan.
